1 · Digital Deliverables

Immediately after checkout you may download a personalised DS-82 PDF, photo guidelines, and a checklist. Links remain active for 90 days for your convenience.

2 · Pre-Paid Shipping Labels

Labels are generated by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the next business day. Each label includes track-and-trace plus $100 insured value.

3 · Timelines

• Standard (USPS Priority): 6–8 weeks door-to-door.
• Expedited (FedEx Overnight): 2–3 weeks door-to-door.

Estimates are updated monthly based on U.S. State Department bulletin data.

4 · Force-Majeure Delays

Severe weather, carrier strikes, or government shutdowns can extend timelines. We alert all affected customers within 24 hours of learning about the disruption and provide revised ETAs.

5 · Address Corrections

You get one complimentary label reissue for address errors. Additional corrections incur the carrier’s reissue fee plus a $5 admin charge.

6 · Lost-in-Transit Guarantee

If a packet shows no tracking movement for seven (7) consecutive days, we investigate, file a carrier claim, and—if necessary—provide a replacement label at no cost.

7 · Customer Responsibilities

• Print the label within seven days of receipt.
• Ensure all required documents are in the envelope.
• Retain the tracking receipt until your new passport is delivered.
